项目介绍
About the Program
2023年11月，习近平主席提出"未来五年邀请五万美国青少年来华交流学习"的重要倡议。2026年5月，习近平主席复信"共航蔚蓝：中美青年友谊行"活动的两国学生，指出这一目标已提前两年半实现，并寄语两国青少年"相互学习、共同进步，成为跨越太平洋的'友谊使者'"。 中美青年交流，正站在一个新的历史起点上。
In November 2023, President Xi Jinping proposed an initiative to invite 50,000 American youth to China for exchange programs over five years. In May 2026, President Xi wrote back to students participating in the "Sailing Together: China-U.S. Youth Friendship Journey" activity, noting that the goal had been achieved two and a half years ahead of schedule, and calling on young people from both countries to "learn from each other, grow together, and become 'friendship envoys' across the Pacific." China-U.S. youth exchange now stands at a new historical starting point.

本项目依托清华大学顶尖学术资源与北京、上海深厚的文化底蕴，以学术研讨、参观访谈等体验式学习为载体，邀请中美两国青年共同探索可持续发展议题，在交流与碰撞中编织全球命运共同体的理念。
Drawing on Tsinghua University's world-class academic resources and the rich heritage of Beijing and Shanghai, it brings Chinese and American youth together through lectures, site visits, and immersive exchanges — exploring sustainable development and building a shared vision for our global future.

Who Can Apply
中美两国在校大学生，中美方各15名。中方学员需具备流利的英语能力。
Undergraduate students from China and the United States (15 from each country). Chinese applicants must demonstrate fluent English proficiency.

费用说明
Fee Information
本活动主办方不收取任何费用，活动公共费用由主办方承担。
The organizing institution does not charge any fees; shared program costs are covered by the organizer.
参与活动的学生需缴纳部分个人旅行费用，包含项目期间的食宿（标间）、北京到上海城际和市内交通、交通意外保险等费用；由指定旅行社收取、收款方可开具正规发票。
Participating students are required to pay a personal travel fee, which covers accommodation (standard twin room), intercity and local transportation between Beijing and Shanghai, and accident insurance during the program. Fees are collected by a designated travel agency, which will issue official invoices upon payment.
注：所交费用不含实践学生活动前抵达北京和实践活动结束后离开上海的交通费用、签证费、个人购物及社会实践期外的所有费用。
Note: The fee does not include transportation to Beijing before the program or from Shanghai after the program, visa fees, personal shopping, or any other expenses outside the program period.
退费规则 · Refund Policy
5月31日前因故无法参加，可退90%费用
Cancellations before May 31: 90% refund
6月15日后不予退款，且名额无法转让
Cancellations after June 15: no refund; spots are non-transferable
因不可抗力或主办方单方取消活动，可申请全额退款
Full refund available in cases of force majeure or cancellation by the organizer
